Christian
began his full time career at Basnight Land & Lawn
in 2000. He obtained essential job skills and excellent
people skills as a crewmember for both Landscape and
Maintenance divisions. Insight of team mechanics earned
him the Forman position where the transition began,
forming a profound leader. Christian's enthusiasm, excellent
customer relations, and outstanding vision released
him into a new dimension at Basnight Land & Lawn.
He began to lead the team of Landscape Sales, exposing
Basnight's potential to both residential and commercial
prospects. His landscape architecture and design creations
enable each of Basnight's properties to exhibit pure
excellence and unique beauty.
Christian
has continued to excel at Basnight Land & Lawn.
In April 2002, he was awarded the Outstanding Performance
Award for demonstrating positive attitude. This positive
attitude, however, is in-part initiated by his son,
Dillon, who has recently shown interest in Basnight's
heavy equipment at work! Christian's wife Erin and his
son Dillon enjoy weekend rides to see his work. The
topiaries are Dillon's favorite!
