the years, Kent has learned that bigger is not always better.
He tries to regulate the company’s growth and development
at a steady but manageable pace; while working to maintain
open lines of communication between the office staff members;
who do the administrative, design, and sales work, and the
field crews; who actually perform the installation and maintenance
work. Kent constantly stresses to every employee, “We are

with successful local business people have all been beneficial
to Kent and, by extension, for the company. Today Kent has
