At this same meeting, we will also provide a installation cost estimate and general care and maintenance suggestions for all elements of the proposed work in the form of a written contract proposal, for the client’s review and consideration. Once the client is satisfied with all aspects of the proposed design, and agrees with the probable costs and installation time involved, they would sign the contract proposal; giving us authorization to proceed, and a scheduled starting date/time for us to begin the actual installation would then be jointly determined.
