After
working in this capacity for a large
commercial company here in Virginia,
and following an 8-month stint with
one of the largest concrete companies
in New Mexico, Ryan returned home to
Virginia in June 2003. At that time,
he assumed the position of Hardscapes
Division Manager for Basnight Land and
Lawn, Inc., where his flare for quality
craftsmanship and artistic beauty could
be consistently applied to the more
decorative aspects of concrete construction
that are typically found in smaller,
residential-scale projects.
In
his current role, Ryan manages Basnight
Land & Lawn’s entire range of hardscape
and concrete projects, from new construction,
to custom, retrofit installation jobs
for existing high-end landscapes. His
willingness to continually learn, along
with his attention to detail and concern
for aesthetics, has resulted in some
unique projects. Shortly after joining
the Basnight team, Ryan also became
certified by the International Concrete
Paver Institute (ICPI), thus adding
to his existing skills by successfully
completing some of the most beautiful
and eye-catching residential and commercial
pavement installation projects in the
Tidewater area. His constant desire
to turn out a perfectly finished product
on every project, large or small, makes
an important contribution to our company’s
team of professionals.
